Friendly Reminders
- Parking must be provided when booking. Please try and provide door to door parking if possible as I have a lot of heavy supplies to carry.
- Please keep pathways, hallways, doorways, and staircases (indoor and outdoor) clear and safe for me to pass through with my supplies.
- A minimum of 48 hours is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment or a 50% charge will be billed to you. In the event that you have forgotten your appointment and I show up at your door and you are not home you will be billed full price for all treatments booked.
- To reduce feeling rushed or stressed try and book a massage at a time where you can relax for at least 30 minutes before and after your appointment. I will aim to be 5 minutes early to set up however traffic can sometimes be unpredictable. If I am late I will give you your full treatment if you and I both have the time. In a case where one or both of us does not have the time for the full treatment you will only be charged for the treatment given.
- Please keep communication open to get the best experience possible. Each treatment is unique and should be customized to you. Music, massage pressure and technique, heating pad temperature and lighting can all be changed to suit your preferences. Please let me know if there is anything you need altered to make your experience better.
